The venue was looking and sounding great due to a big system provided by Bump Productions in Sydney.
As usual they did a top job with a great sounding rig and nice satellite systems using QSC K series 18" subs and RCF 422 powered tops.
The main stage can be seen below complete with 5 year old for size comparison!
The event sounded great, Norman Jay and Aeroplane worked the crowd, but I think the punters were expecting more big anthems and less obscure tunes at Manly's first event of the year.
Just realised that I have 3 NI Traktor setups if anyone needs one complete with tunes and controllers
let me know!!
One of our favourite Dj's "Yoda" is coming to town for Australia Day at the Wharf Bar, the last few years we have provided the funk down there on this special day, but this year they have gone several steps better!!!!
This man can play all styles and is a true DJ and selector from the UK who has rocked parties all over the World. along with A Skillz and Nick Thayer he has kept the funk party mashup rolling.
Check his "How To Cut And Paste" (Asian Style) on Mixcloud it really shows this man at his best.
